I just returned after falling into a rabbit hole. Life was well until I received a visit from Covid-19. That was a rough spell. Now, I didn’t lose my sense of smell, nor did was I an erupting volcano. But, I did have body aches and an upper respiratory condition.
It was not fun, to say the least. Of course, my job expected me to be 100% in two weeks. Anyone who experienced this virus knows it takes a month and a half or longer to reach full capacity.
With that in the past, I’m trying to reach a comfortable normality. I’m not twenty-seven years old anymore. This means I have to constantly remind myself that I need to take more time for myself. Twenty years in the military will make a person believe otherwise.
This is one reason I paused this blog. I deliberately stopped typing and posting. Each Friday, I reminded myself that I missed a due date. Keep in mind that I live with apathy. This feeds my procrastination due to the willingness to let go and not care. It’s easy for me to write aspects of my life off and move on.
Side Note: We all have needs, and our list of needs is unique as we are. Thankfully I am not able or willing to let go of these needs. That is where this blog resides. This is the one channel that allows me to express what I have seen, learnt, and experienced. A person does not need a formal education to understand people and how they coexist with their environment.
One needs only to look and listen to find the answers to life.
It feels good to be back typing on this keyboard. And that is part of my life’s happiness.
Until the next blog, live life, be happy, and click the like.

Welcome back. I am glad that you are feeling better.I began my blog a handful of years ago to promote my art and website. What I found is that instead of making more sales or interest, my brain began to function at a higher level. My memory and spelling skills stopped deteriorating. So I will continue blogging for myself if no one else.
Staying active in retirement, Ann

I totally understand about the recovery! It’s long! I found that CBD really helped my recovery and with the respiratory symptoms!
